It's. Thoughtful. It's an actual, thoughtful present. He seems almost confused, staring at it, he doesn't even reply. A present, just for him.

He carefully straps it on his wrist. ]

[ The Doctor's practically hovering over Calendar Man as he grins and asks, ] D'you like it?

I do. [ And it's the truth.

It's a shame, really. He does quite like the Doctor. He doesn't know when the Time Lord will find out about him but -- not right now. Now isn't the time. Not the right date. ]

[ The Doctor can't help but smile at Calendar Man's thanks. He likes this man. At times he worries about him but overall? He likes him. ] You're welcome. After all, that's what friends do.

You consider yourself my friend? [ He sounds surprised; much like getting a present, it's evidently something he's not used to. ]
